Shavuot in the Park hosted by the Southern Colorado Messianic/Hebrew Roots Congregations & Fellowships(As always, there are ‘different calendars’ being observed by those in the Messianic/Hebrew Roots movement. While the Goldman family is observing Shavuot on May 27th, the leaders of this event in Colorado Springs decided to hold it on May 20th. At Repairing the Breach, we prefer double-the-partying to double-the-arguing (that’s just how we roll), so Chaim was honored to accept their invitation to teach. For the past 12 years, the Messianic and Hebrew Roots congregations and fellowships of Southern Colorado have been assembling together for “Shavuot in the Park”, a united gathering to celebrate Pentecost/Feast of Weeks.
This year, they invited Chaim Goldman to be their keynote speaker. In this two-part teaching, Chaim weaves together Scripture, stories, prophetic insights, personal challenges, and his trademark humor, to uplift, encourage, and provoke all with ears to hear to walk in their specific Kingdom calling by the Ruach Kodesh (Holy Spirit), both individually and corporately. Part 1 is the “why”, while part 2 focuses practically on the “what” and the “how”.
